Larry Sanger — Ph.D. Philosophy. American internet project developer and co-founder of the internet encyclopedia Wikipedia, for which he coined the name and wrote much of its original governing policy. Sanger has worked on other online educational websites such as Nupedia, Citizendium, and Everipedia. Besides the Internet, his interests focus mainly on philosophy—in particular epistemology, early modern philosophy, and ethics.
